Engineering

In providing engineering design services, the company’s engineering team consisting of all necessary engineering disciplines allows the company to provide integrated services to customers, saving costs for additional design work.

Have close cooperation between the design and construction team. This advantage enables the company to control the overall cost of the project for the highest effectiveness. The engineering design process begins with an analysis of the customer’s goal and needs in each dimension before carrying out detailed design work.

Procurement

All equipment and materials necessary for projects are procured from various sources. DENOX Company reviews costs, quality and delivery dates carefully to choose the most suitable suppliers.

In providing the procurement services, the Company sources all necessary machines and equipment for the project from both domestic and overseas vendors/manufacturers. The Company also negotiates for price, purchase and delivery conditions, inspecting quality and specification of machines and equipment to be conformed to the engineering design and project schedule as a whole.

Construction

For construction work, DENOX Company organizes a team to work on the site. The team comprises engineers and supervisors who are experienced not only in plant construction but also in construction of other facilities.

In providing the construction services, the Company will assign an appropriate engineering team that best-fit with each project for an operation. All engineers in project team will work together and be jointly responsible in executing the project since the beginning of planning, performing and coordinating with client or client’s representative, subcontractors, manufacturers and vendors of equipment and materials along with the design engineers.

Cathodig Protection

Cathodic protection for oil and gas pipelines and storage tanks is a key technique to prevent corrosion and extend the life of these lines. There are different methods for cathodic protection, which include:

Sacrificial Anodes:

This method involves the use of anodes made of a more reactive metal that is corroded at the location of the pipeline.

Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP):

This technique uses an external power source to provide a constant electrical current to combat corrosion.

Hybrid systems:

These combine elements of both sacrificial anode and inrush current systems to optimize protection.
The choice of method depends on the specific needs of the project, environmental conditions and available budget.
